Welcome to Albert Park Yacht Club & WinterSail 2025 WinterSail is a friendly 3-day coaching & racing regatta for beginner to advanced junior and youth sailors, held on the sheltered waters of Albert Park Lake. Albert Park Yacht Club are pleased to invite sailors who have graduated Tackers 2, to enter this iconic junior and youth development event. Australian Sailing accredited head coach Susannah Gillam leads an experienced professional team, providing quality personalised coaching in small group classes. Refresh your skills and techniques in time for the coming season. The coaching programme combines confidence and skills development, with short course racing on Sunday afternoon, and lots of fun meeting friends. Relaxed free BBQs follow Friday and Saturday sailing, plus great food and drinks are available to purchase from the APYC galley. Presentations following Sunday racing recognise effort and results. Family and friends are welcome to take in the superb views from the Club's upper deck, relax in the warm club rooms, and enjoy APYC hospitality and refreshments.
